Keith is a Pennsylvania-licensed attorney and graduate of the Wake Forest University School of Law.  Since graduating, he has dedicated his career to helping health care providers on reimbursement issues, largely through educational means.  In 1995, he spent 3 years as the operations director of a health care clinic where he gained hands-on experience with accounts management workflow and techniques, averaging a collections rate of 98.4% over a 3-year period of time.  Since 1998, he has given hundreds of educational seminars to health care providers nationwide.  The seminars have gained recognition as some of the most unprecedented and immediately-useful reimbursement programs offered anywhere in the country.  From 2000 to present, Keith has continued to operate ProviderLAW, a web-based subscription program which has been instrumental in solving reimbursement issues which many providers have deemed unsolvable.
